REC BREAKING NEWS: George Zimmerman TO BE CHARGED In Trayvon Martin Shooting!!!

Image

It’s been confirmed that George Zimmerman will be charged in the Trayvon Martin shooting.

According to a senior law enforcement official, Corey is expected to announce that Zimmerman will face state charges. For now, it was not immediately clear what charge(s) George will face until it’s announced at the press conference later this afternoon.  But…..George is still MIA so this should be interesting.

And many people around the country have been weighing in on the situation.  Recently Bill Cosby said,

“Without a gun, I don’t see Mr. Zimmerman approaching Trayvon by himself.  The power-of-the-gun mentality had him unafraid to confront someone. Even police call for backup in similar situations.”

“We’ve got to get the gun out of the hands of people who are supposed to be on neighborhood watch,” he said. “When you carry a gun, you mean to harm somebody, kill somebody.”

Remembering “The Notorious B.I.G.” R.E.C./S. Whittaker Biggie Piece!

S. Whittaker speaks on Biggie Smalls. As I was messing around with a Stevie Wonder Sample and incorporating it with a CASIO Keyboard trying to make a beat at age 14, I was interrupted by my Grandfather coming into my room where I was in a creative zone. He said to me, “Stephanie, Biggie Smalls is Dead”! Even Grandpa knew who he was. I immediately dropped my headphones and turned on Hot 97 to hear the sad news. I was a teenager at the time. I admired Biggie Smalls ways of putting his lyrics together along with his delivery. It was always dope to me till this day. Today Reign Entertainment Co. takes the time to remember “The Notorious B.I.G”. One of the hottest rappers of all time and the new rappers today could never compare to this authentic talent. Many times his lyrics may have been insane but he never failed to express the truth of how he felt. He was able to convey his life very well and have the listener feel his pain, along with a dope beat behind it and tough melody. An art form from an Artist that we will never forget. Every race knows Biggie Smalls. On that note keep it “Juicy”, the song way. Stop the violence and go hard in whatever you do. Rappers, step your game up cause you aren’t any where near. Peace! R.I.P. Mr. Christopher Wallace.
